Your optic bliss is our highest priority. If your new frames or apparel do not contribute to an enhanced sense of well-being, increased attention from passersby and complete optic comfort, we want to know about it and resolve this matter in a swift fashion.

Eyewear Warranty

Initium thanks you for your wise eyewear investment. We hope your Initium frame never requires you to act on any of our warranty rhetoric, but, just in case, here’s what we’ll do for you if your Initium asset has any technical difficulties caused by manufacturer defect.

All Initium Eyewear carries a one year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturer defect. All Initium eyewear claims require a dated proof of purchase. The Initium warranty program does not cover scratched lenses or breakage due to excessive partying or grabass.

Shipping

Orders placed for in-stock items will ship out the next business day if ordered before 3:30pm Pacific Standard Time via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping options are on a case by case basis – please call us for a quote. Local pickup is available, plus you get to hang out with us.

Returns and Exchanges

All items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please call customer service to obtain a return authorization before sending items back. Eyewear must be returned in new condition without wear. Apparel must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for a return. We will smell your garments, so don’t even try it.

Prescription Warranty

No one knows your prescription better than your eye doctor, and meeting with an optician for an eyewear consultation is your best bet when it comes to finding the perfect pair of eyeglasses that you’ll love and that will give you perfectly clear vision. With that said, we promise that we will make your prescription eyewear exactly as your Dr. writes it. If your Dr. happens to change your prescription, you will be responsible for a lab service fee of $50 if we need to remake your lenses with a new prescription. Lenses do not scratch themselves, so please use care when cleaning your lenses. All it takes is a rogue speck of dust or debris to ruin your day. Due to their customized nature, all prescription eyewear sales are final.

Where is all your handsome stuff made?

Our eyewear is handmade in Italy of the finest materials designed for eyewear. Our apparel is designed in Southern California by a big Filipino guy and is manufactured in the good old USA of international materials.

Where are your prescription lenses made?

We work very (very) closely with a local laboratory that fabricates our non-prescription lenses. This means that your prescription lenses are coming from the same place that every one of our lenses comes from! Lenses are cut and edged here in Southern California produced out of international materials.

Your lens prices are awesome! Can I send you my own frame?

As of right now, no. We are dedicating all our time to manufacturing lenses for our awesome fans, but who knows – one day we may! Side note, if you already own a pair of Initium frames, give us a call and we can work something out.
